Del Thompson, Designated Broker and Owner
Del has extensive experience in real estate sales and management. He began his real estate career in 1980. His experience includes several years as sales manager for Windermere Real Estate/Lake Stevens, Inc., as well as contributing his talents to other real estate firms in the area. He is a past President of the Greater lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce and has served several times as a board Member. Del is a Charter Member of the Lake Stevens Rotary Club, and 1999 Citizen of the year of Lake Stevens. He continues to serve on numerous committees for the well being of the area.
Kyle Kurisu, Licensed Broker/HOA/COA Management
Kyle, the head of our HOA/COA department, comes to us from his previous career as a bank manager. His financial background coupled with his vast knowledge of the real estate industry assures top quality professional guidance. Close involvement with the HOA/COA Directors and Members allows Kyle to help associations maintain a harmonious environment by enforcing covenants and by-laws unique to the community.
Nicole Perez, Licensed Broker/Leasing Agent
In addition to leasing quality properties, Nicole has over ten years experience in real estate sales with Windermere. As markets change, Nicole adapts to help residents of Snohomish County to determine their housing needs and investment options. Prior to her career in real estate, Nicole earned a degree in Criminal Justice. Nicole lives and works in Lake Stevens, speaks fluent Spanish and loves Cheetos!
Monica Roybal, Accounting and Office Manager
Monica has extensive experience in real estate as a former Associate Broker as well as in real estate finance, office management and bookkeeping. Monica works with our legal advisers in coordinating all legal notices and activities necessary in correcting tenant delinquency. In addition, Monica performs our bookkeeping and accounting functions for both our clients and the company itself. She is responsible for our exemplary audit record with the State of Washington.
Cathy Thompson, Office Operations and Accounting
Cathy provides the smile and can-do attitude that keeps the day to day operation of our company in good order. Her attention to detail and task orientation can be attributed to Cathy's many years working in the banking industry. In addition to her duties managing operations and front office, Cathy is responsible for HOA bookkeeping and accounts payable for our property management and HOA/COA accounts.
